Apply for exhibition and art shop slots at Pasila Urban Art Center for 2024!
Pasila Urban Art Center is a space dedicated to urban art. Entry is free of charge and the space is open on Wed 12 – 8 PM, Thu-Fri 12 – 6 PM and Sat 1 – 5 PM.
Pasila Urban Art Center has over 20 meters of exhibition space. Painting directly on the walls is also allowed. There is no rent or other exhibition fees, but we take 20 % of commission from possible art sales. One exhibition period is approximately 6 weeks.
HOW TO APPLY
Everyone is welcome to apply for an exhibition slot, but we prefer artists who have prior experience of urban art. You can apply as an individual or as a group, but we prefer group exhibitions. Please note that if you apply as an individual, we might offer you a slot in a group exhibition instead of a solo exhibition.
Send your application by November 26th with the title “Näyttelyhakemus 2024” to info@helsinkiurbanart.com. Tell us about yourself, your art, your plan for the exhibition, and the preferred dates for the exhibition. Attach a portfolio or 1–3 photos of your art as well as links to your social media profiles or websites.
APPLICATION FOR ART SHOP 2024
In addition to the gallery, Pasila Urban Art Center also has a small art store featuring prints, books, jewelry, and other small artworks by multiple artists. You can offer your products for our art shop by sending your application by November 26th with the title ”Taidekauppahakemus 2024” to info@helsinkiurbanart.com.
