Did you steal apples with friends when you were young? Did you phone prank calls? Do you travel without a ticket as an adult in public transport at times?
Many things define us as humans and most importantly our moral responsibility in society. What is right? What is wrong? What is wrong, but still morally acceptable?
Otto Maja’s exhibition “Bad person” deals with these moral consumptions through a humorous perspective. In the works Maja goes back to his youth through the ways the pieces were made as well as through the characters in them.
Otto Maja has been enriching the Finnish street art scene from large murals to stamp-sized stickers.
His works have been exhibited all over the world in museums and on gloomy alleyways. He has been the artist of the year at Flow Festival, held multiple museum exhibitions and painted many massive street art pieces in Finland and abroad.
